UPVLC is a 45 years old institution adding up over 42.000 people, comprising 10 technical schools, 3 faculties and 2 higher polytechnic schools in three campus, one in the city of Valencia and two externals. With a strong international experience in ICT technologies applied to different domains, UPVLC is part of the Campus of International Excellence VLC-CAMPUS. The main focus of this joint initiative is the generation of high quality scientific-technological production in health, ICT and sustainability. UPVLC-TSB (Technologies for Health and Well-Being) is the major research group in e-Inclusion and e-Health of the UPVLC, and one of the most relevant ones at the national level, with a research trajectory of more than 10 years. UPVLC-TSB has an extensive expertise in the application of ICT to  Ambient Intelligence technologies (AmI) and in Ambient Assisted Living technologies (AAL). The team has also a demonstrated experience in the management of complex cooperative international projects, as it has been project coordinator or technical coordinator of more than 10 European projects.. The group is also active in standardization and technology support bodies such as the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), the AALOA open association, and the platform eVIA (Spanish National technology Platform for Health, Wellbeing and Social Inclusion).

The UPVLCwill contribute towards the assessing of cooperation potential on IT skills for healthcare workforce in the EU and USA and lead the White Paper. It will also contribute with its networks awareness Raising and will help to be established the collaboration framework
